Return Policy
No Returns or Exchanges on Open Shipped Product, Weights, Water Bottles or Mats for Your Safety
All returns of products are subject to our Return Policy.
The following items are NOT eligible for return:
- Perishable goods, such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines
- Intimate products, sanitary products, health and personal care products
- Hazardous materials, including flammable liquids and gases
- Items that have been opened or used
- Gift cards
- Downloadable software products
- Items purchased on sale
Returns of products that are not eligible may result in the loss of the product and will not be eligible for any refund or exchange.
Refunds
Refunds are permitted within 14 days from the receipt of your order. To be eligible for a refund, your item(s) must be unused, in the original packaging, and in the same condition it was received.
To request a refund and start the return process, please email us at support@oak-reed.com and we will provide instructions for shipping your item for return to Oak and Reed, 1412 Broadway #1610 New York, NY 10018, United States.
Make sure to include a packing list or copy of your order confirmation for proof of purchase and so we can identify your return and contact information. Please do not send the product back to the manufacturer.
Once your return is received and inspected, you will receive an email notification that we have received your returned item and confirm if it is approved for refund. Your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 10 business days. If you return an item that was marked as a gift when purchased, you will receive a gift certificate in return.
Shipping
All shipping costs for the return of items to Oak and Reed or back to you if they have been rejected for return or exchange shall be your responsibility. Shipping costs are non-refundable and Oak and Reed is not be responsible for any lost merchandise. We recommend using a shipping service with tracking capability or purchasing shipping insurance on your items.
